Overview
Who is this course for?
You will learn about the File tab, Ribbon tabs and Ribbon groups, galleries, contextual Ribbon tabs, Live Preview, the Dialog Box Launcher, the Document Information Panel, and the Mini toolbar. Students will also work with the XML file format and the macro and non-macro file formats. In addition, dedicated units for Word, Excel, Outlook introduce the new features of each application.

What do I need to know before attending?
It is assumed that you will have significant experience of using earlier versions of the Microsoft Office applications: – Word, Excel and Outlook & the Windows environment. Basic knowledge of these products is essential in order to place appropriate emphasis on the new features.
